No dry, No tough skillet chicken breast

Tips on how to make skillet chicken breasts so tender and juicy:
- Dip the chicken breasts in flour beforehand. Dry the chicken breasts with kitchen paper and then dip them in flour, the flour can lock its gravy. The main purpose is to make chicken juicy.
- The other tip is to cut the chicken breasts crosswise before you dip them in flour. This can shorten the frying time. In this way, the chicken breasts can be pan-fried in a short time, and won’t be overcooked so they’ll be juicy and tender.

If you don’t have gochujang or can’t tolerate spiciness, you can omit it. Gochujang is a spicy and slightly sweet fermented red bell pepper paste used in most Korean sauces or marinades. If you like Korean food, you should have one in your pantry.
