Garlic fried rice recipe

This recipe for garlic fried rice in less than 10 minutes is so easy and super healthy. All you need is garlic, green onions, and steamed white rice. I add a lot of green onion to this recipe. They add an extra earthy flavor to the dish.
If you’re on a keto diet or want to reduce calories, you can use cauliflower as a substitute for steamed rice.
As many people know, garlic has many health benefits. It can protect against illnesses like colds, lower blood pressure, and reduce cholesterol. Doctors recommend eating garlic and green onions every day.
Anna’s tips:

- You don’t have to preheat the pan or the oil. Just use cool oil to fry the garlic. This way the garlic will release its flavor to the oil.
- When you fry the garlic, you need to fry it over medium heat. And keep stirring it so it doesn’t burn.
- Once the garlic has turned a golden color, add the green onions. At this point, the oil temperature is high and the flavor of the green onions can develop.
