This garlic fried rice is easy, quick, and full of flavor. The best part is you only need 3 ingredients, it's vegetarian and takes less than 10 minutes. Ingredients
10~12glovesgarlic, chopped
3green onions,sliced
3tablespoons oil
3bowlssteamed white rice
2teaspoonssoy sauce
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Chopped garlic and sliced green onions, set aside.
Prepare a pan, add oil and chopped garlic over medium heat. Keep stirring until golden color, about 2~3 minutes.
Add the steamed white rice, soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes.
You don't have to preheat the pan or the oil. Just use cool oil to fry the garlic. This way the garlic will release its flavor to the oil.
When you fry the garlic, you need to fry it over medium heat. And keep stirring it so it doesn't burn.
Once the garlic has turned a golden color, add the green onions. At this point, the oil temperature is high and the flavor of the green onions can develop.
