INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces of 8-inch tortillas or garlic flatbread (20cm)
4 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 pinches of salt
2 pieces bacon
Sriracha sauce
2 pieces of cheddar cheese
Tomato salsa:
5 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
2 pinches of salt
Dressing sauce:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
- Slice the cherry tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and bacon. Set aside.
- Mix the cherry tomatoes, onion and jalapeno in a bowl. Set aside.
- For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise and honey in a bowl.
- Combine four eggs, milk and mayonnaise in a container and mix well.
- Cook the scrambled eggs over low heat and transfer to a plate when they’re 80% cooked.
- Fry the bacon and add them to the plate when they’re cooked.
- Heat the tortillas and put them on a plate.
