Pour warm water, sugar and yeast into a container. Mix them well.
Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes (to activate the yeast).
Add the flour and form a dough with a silicone spatula. Make sure there is no dry flour left (approx. 1 to 2 minutes).
Cover it and put it in a warm place for 1 hour. Allow the dough to rise to 1 to 2 times its size.
Use a silicone spatula to fold the dough.
Sprinkle a layer of flour on the table. This prevents the dough from sticking to the table.
Dust the dough and your hands with flour.
Fold the dough, if it's too wet (sticky), add some flour. knead it to form a round dough.
Brush the pan and the dough with oil and sprinkle with some sesame seeds (optional).
Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Cover and fry over a low to medium heat for 15 minutes on each side.
