Cheese and Potato Bread (Baked in a Pan). No yeast, So Easy!!

This cheese and potato bread is so delicious and easy that anyone can make it at home. No yeast, no rolling out, simply baked in a pan. Once you've tried it, you'll love it.

Ingredients

(Dough:)

  • 90 g all-purpose flour
  • 75 ml milk
  • 10 g melted unsalted butter
  • a little salt

(Fillings:)

  • 1 potato (medium size)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix well.
  • Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes.
  • Cover with cling film.
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Microwave: 1 medium sized potato. Then mash it.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Roll the dough to flat and round.
  • Put some mozzarella cheese in the center of the dough, pour the mashed potatoes over the cheese and then put some mozzarella cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
  • Wrap the dough with your hands and make sure there are no holes.
  • Then roll it out round and flat, about 2 cm thick.
  • Preheat the pan and add some butter to the pan.
  • Place the potato dough in the pan and fry them over a medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the underside is golden brown.
  • Turn the potato bread and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Ready to serve.
