Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix well.
Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Microwave: 1 medium sized potato. Then mash it.
Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
Roll the dough to flat and round.
Put some mozzarella cheese in the center of the dough, pour the mashed potatoes over the cheese and then put some mozzarella cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
Wrap the dough with your hands and make sure there are no holes.
Then roll it out round and flat, about 2 cm thick.
Preheat the pan and add some butter to the pan.
Place the potato dough in the pan and fry them over a medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the underside is golden brown.
Turn the potato bread and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Ready to serve.
