What do you need:
【INGREDIENTS:】
(Dough:)
90g all-purpose flour
75 ml milk
10g melted unsalted butter
a little salt
(Fillings:)
1 potato (medium size)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
mozzarella cheese
How to make:
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix well.
- Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes.
- Cover with cling film.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Microwave: 1 medium sized potato. Then mash it.
- Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well with mashed potato.
- Roll the tough potato flat and round.
- Roll the dough to flat and round.
- Put some mozzarella cheese in the center of the dough, pour the mashed potatoes over the cheese and then put some mozzarella cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Wrap the dough with your hands and make sure there are no holes.
- Then roll it out round and flat, about 2 cm thick.
- Preheat the pan and add some butter to the pan.
- Place the potato dough in the pan and fry them over a medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the underside is golden brown.
- Turn the potato bread and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
