This quick and easy pasta with cherry tomatoes can be made in just 10 minutes. Since I used homemade canned cherry tomatoes, they are already prepared and stored in the fridge, you just need to add the sliced garlic and cooked paste.
Ingredients
180gpasta
3~5garlic,sliced or paste
15~20homemade canned cherry tomato
basil leaves
parmesan cheese
Instructions
PREPARE AROMA - Cut or mince the garlic first. Garlic must be prepared in advance so that it can release its aroma when cooked.
COOKED PASTA - Prepare a pot of boiling water. When it boils, add pasta and the salt and cook them until they're soft. Then drain them and set them aside. (Noted 1)
STIR FRY - Prepare another pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the garlic and olive oil from the tomato confit. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the garlic turns a golden color.
Then add the pasta and canned cherry tomato and fry for 1 minute. Season with a little salt to taste.
Serve on the plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Ready to serve.
