This quick and easy cherry tomato pasta takes only 10 minutes to prepare. Since I used tomato confit, it’s already prepared and stored in the fridge, you just need to add the sliced garlic and cooked paste. Then you can eat it right away. It’s perfect for busy people who don’t have time to cook, or for beginners who can get started quickly.

Cherry tomatoes pasta recipe
I used my homemade cherry tomato confit, you can find instructions on how to make it at this link. This tomato confit concentrates the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes and makes this cherry tomato sauce even more flavorful and rich. So you don’t have to spend time frying fresh tomatoes. You can serve it with some salad, then it’s a quick and healthy meal.

How to make:

- Cut or mince the garlic first. Garlic must be prepared in advance so that it can develop its aroma when cooked.
- Prepare a pot of boiling water. When it boils, add pasta and the salt and cook them until they're soft. Then drain them and set them aside.
- Prepare another pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the garlic and olive oil from the tomato confit. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the garlic turns a golden color.
- Then add the pasta and tomato confit and fry for 1 minute. Season with a little salt to taste. Serve on the plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 180 g pasta
- 3~5 garlic, sliced or paste
- 15~20 cherry tomato confit

Instructions

Tips & Notes:
- The pasta doesn’t have to be soft. It’ll be sautéed later with the tomatoes so the pasta won’t be too soft.
