Easy oven baked zucchini is ready in less than 5 minutes in the oven. They're full of garlic and olive oil flavor. Perfect as a side dish or late night snack with a glass of wine or beer.
Ingredients
2Zucchini
5~7garlic
4tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonsalt
Instructions
Wash the zucchini, then cut it parallel and cut it into 4 small strips on one side.
Sprinkle the surface with a little salt and wipe it. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes until the surface is dry. In this way, it'll be tastier and sweeter after baking.
At the same time, you can chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Pour olive oil into the bowl and mix it evenly with the garlic.
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper, place the zucchini on the parchment paper and arrange them.
Use a spoon or a brush to spread the garlic olive oil over each zucchini.
Preheat the oven to 446F (230C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
