Mu Shu vegetable is healthy, low in calories, and carbs. This dish offers an excellent natural source of minerals, vitamins & high in fiber. Moo Shu recipe is quick and easy to make and ready in less than 20 minutes. That everyone can make at home.
Ingredients
3eggs,lightly beaten
1/2 or 1/4cabbage,shredded or coleslaw
halfcarrot,shredded
8~10Bella mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms,thinly sliced
2cupsbean sprouts
3green onions,sliced 1" strips
1tablespoonsesame oil
Sauce
1tablespoonChinese black vinegar
1.5tablespoonsoyster sauce
1teaspoonsesame oil
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoonsalt
20mlwater
Instructions
Mix the sauce- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until fully combined. Set aside.
Fry the mushrooms in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes without oil, then turn or stir them until the back is lightly browned. Set the mushrooms aside. (Note 1)
In the same pan, pour in the sesameoil, add the carrots and fry them for 1~2 minutes. Then fry them together with the mushrooms for 1~2 minutes. Set them aside.
Pour in sesame oil and then the beaten egg to make scrambled eggs. But don't mix the egg with other carrots and mushrooms before the scrambled egg is fried.
Add the white part of the scallions and stir for 1 minute so you get a nice frequency.
Pour the sauce, add the cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts and green onions and stir fry for 1 minute.
Ready to serve.
