Cheesy Gluten Free Cabbage Pancake

You can't imagine how easy this 10-minute cheesy cabbage pancake is. Best of all, it's GLUTEN-FREE, FLOUR-FREE, and KETO. It has a slight natural sweetness from the cabbage and is full of cheese flavor. It's healthy and contains a lot of fiber and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cabbage, sliced or shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • salt & ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Shredded or slice the cabbage, washed and drained. Set aside.
  • Prepare a large container, put in the sliced cabbage, 4 eggs, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Prepare a frying pan, pour oil and fry the cabbage in it. Fry it on medium heat with the lid closed for 2 to 3 minutes, until the underside is golden brown.
  • Transfer the cabbage pancake to a plate, cover it with the pan and turn it over so you can flip it to the other side.
  • Add the tomato sauce and spoon it over the cabbage pancake.
  • Add the shredded cheese on top. Cover until the cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with a few basil slices and serve hot.
