You can't imagine how easy this 10-minute cheesy cabbage pancake is. Best of all, it's GLUTEN-FREE, FLOUR-FREE, and KETO. It has a slight natural sweetness from the cabbage and is full of cheese flavor. It's healthy and contains a lot of fiber and protein.
Ingredients
1/4cabbage,sliced or shredded
4eggs
1cupshredded cheese
salt & ground black pepper
3tablespoonstomato sauce
Instructions
Shredded or slice the cabbage, washed and drained. Set aside.
Prepare a large container, put in the sliced cabbage, 4 eggs, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare a frying pan, pour oil and fry the cabbage in it. Fry it on medium heat with the lid closed for 2 to 3 minutes, until the underside is golden brown.
Transfer the cabbage pancake to a plate, cover it with the pan and turn it over so you can flip it to the other side.
Add the tomato sauce and spoon it over the cabbage pancake.
Add the shredded cheese on top. Cover until the cheese is melted.
