1tbspoil
1tbspsalt
Garlic Sauce:
6~8clovesgarlic, minced
3tbspvegetarian oyster sauce
2tbspsoy sauce
1tbspsugar
1tbspsesame oil
1tsp crushed Sichuan peppercorn,(optional)
Instructions
Cut the bok choy in half. Wash and drain, set aside.
Prepare a pot of boiling water, add salt and oil, and put in the bok choy. Cover the pot and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Drain and place the bok choy on a plate.
Cut the garlic into pieces. Set aside.
Prepare a bowl and put in soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar and crushed Sichuan peppercorns.
Heat the pan, add the garlic and sauce. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
