Egg And Sweet Corn Breakfast Quesadilla

Egg and corn breakfast quesadilla take less than 10 minutes to prepare. It's an easy, quick, and healthy breakfast for adults and kids.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 tortilla

Instructions

  • Beat two eggs in a bowl, mix well and then add the sweet corn, mix well.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat, add the oil and then the egg.
  • Place the tortilla on top of the egg. Fry in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Transfer it to a plate. Cover the plate with the pan and flip it down so you can flip it to the other side.
  • Put the grated mozzarella cheese on one side and then flip it over.
  • Flip it to the other side and fry it in the pan for another minute.
  • Ready to serve.
