Cut the four edges of the toast with a knife and set them aside.
Prepare a bowl, put the eggs in it and mix them well.
Add milk and sugar and mix well.
Place a piece of toast in a container and pour the egg mixture over it. Let both sides be coated with the egg mixture.
Place the second piece of toast and repeat the same process. Place the third piece of toast and repeat the process.
Make sure that four sides are covered with the egg mixture.
Set the toast aside for 15-20 minutes until the toast has absorbed the egg mixture.
Prepare a pan with low heat, add butter and place the toast in it. Fry it on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn the other side and cover the pan. Fry it over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom.
Open the lid and fry four sides.
Ready to serve with butter and honey or syrup.
