French Toast

This simple French toast is crispy on the outside, but moist and fluffy like a cake on the inside. Your best ideas for breakfast and snacks. And don't waste the toast crust after you bake it with sugar. It's a crispy and crunchy snack.

Ingredients

FRENCH TOAST:

  • 3 toasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 80 ml milk
  • 10 g butter

CRISPY TOAST CRUST SNACK:

  • the crust of the toast
  • sugar

Instructions

FRENCH TOAST:

  • Cut the four edges of the toast with a knife and set them aside.
  • Prepare a bowl, put the eggs in it and mix them well.
  • Add milk and sugar and mix well.
  • Place a piece of toast in a container and pour the egg mixture over it. Let both sides be coated with the egg mixture.
  • Place the second piece of toast and repeat the same process. Place the third piece of toast and repeat the process.
  • Make sure that four sides are covered with the egg mixture.
  • Set the toast aside for 15-20 minutes until the toast has absorbed the egg mixture.
  • Prepare a pan with low heat, add butter and place the toast in it. Fry it on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Turn the other side and cover the pan. Fry it over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom.
  • Open the lid and fry four sides.
  • Ready to serve with butter and honey or syrup.

CRISPY TOAST CRUST SNACK:

  • Place the toast crust on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle some sugar on them.
  • Put them in the oven and bake them at 356°F/180°C for 6-10 minutes.
  • It'll be so crispy and delicious. Ready to serve with a cup of milk.
