Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Cheesy and garlicky homemade alfredo sauce is your best staple at home. It's quick and easy to make, you only need 5 ingredients and it's ready in 10 minutes. It can be quickly and magically transformed into delicious dishes. It tastes best with pasta, chicken, or seafood.

Ingredients

  • 70 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, (375 ml)
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese (200g)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a pan over low heat. (Note 1)
  • Add the minced garlic and stir over low heat for 1 minute. (Note 2)
  • Pour cream over medium heat to boil.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir to dissolve evenly.
  • Add Italian seasoning and salt to adjust the flavor.
  • Stir evenly and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • "HOMEMADE ALFREDO PASTA"
    - You can stir it with the cooked pasta then the homemade alfredo pasta will be ready to serve. (Note 3)

Tips & Notes:

  1. The butter should be heated over low heat or it'll burn easily.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic for 1 minute to enhance its flavor. Again, stir over low heat or it'll burn easily.
  3. For homemade alfredo pasta, don't overcook the pasta or it'll be too soft after stirring with alfredo sauce.
