Easy Asian spicy garlic sesame noodle takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. It's healthy, low calorie, vegetarian and full of nutrients.
Ingredients
SPICY GARLIC SESAME SAUCE:
5clovesGarlic, minced
2tbspSoy Sauce
2tbspBlack Vinegar
3tbspSesame oil(Note 1)
3tbspSesame Seeds
1tspCrushed Sichuan Pepper Corn (Note 2)
1tbspCrushed Red Chilli Flakes(Note 2)
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
2servingsnoodles,(Note 3)
2fried egg, (optional)
Sliced cucumber,(optional)
Cilantro,(optional)
Green Onion,(optional)
Instructions
Minced garlic, sliced cucumber, sliced cilantro, sliced green onion. Set aside.
Prepare a large bowl, put chopped garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce, black vinegar, crushed red chili peppers and crushed Sichuan peppercorns.
Prepare a pot and heat the sesame oil on high until you see smoke. Set aside.
Pour the hot oil into the bowl and stir well.
Prepare a pan to fry the egg in and set aside.
Prepare a pot to bring the water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
Drain the noodles and put it in a bowl. Mix them well with a chopstick.
Add the sliced cucumber, cilantro, green onion and fried egg on the side.
Sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top and serve.

Tips & Notes:
Don't worry if it's too much sesame oil, it contains many health benefits. It's a good source especially for vegetarians. It's a rich source of healthy fats, protein, calcium, iron and vitamin E. It's especially good for heart health, antioxidants and bone health.
If you don't like hot spices, you can leave out the crushed red chilies and crushed Sichuan pepper to make a non-spicy sauce.
You can use any type of noodles you prefer, such as shirataki noodles (zero pasta ), rice noodles ( gluten-free ), or even spaghetti.
