Tips & Notes:

  1. Don't worry if it's too much sesame oil, it contains many health benefits. It's a good source especially for vegetarians. It's a rich source of healthy fats, protein, calcium, iron and vitamin E. It's especially good for heart health, antioxidants and bone health.
  2. If you don't like hot spices, you can leave out the crushed red chilies and crushed Sichuan pepper to make a non-spicy sauce.
  3. You can use any type of noodles you prefer, such as shirataki noodles (zero pasta ), rice noodles ( gluten-free ), or even spaghetti.
