This easy Asian spicy garlic sesame noodle takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. The reason I love these garlic sesame noodles so much is that they’re super easy and quick to make. Plus, they’re low in calories because they don’t need to be fried, just stirred briefly to mix all the ingredients together. If you have little time to prepare a filling meal, I recommend this dish. It’s vegetarian and has a balanced nutritional value.
What does it taste like?
It’s full of sesame oil and garlic flavor. This is because the hot sesame oil is poured over them to enhance their fragrance. It’s savory, slightly spicy, and sweet. And it’s so easy and quick – just 5 ingredients to make this fabulous sesame garlic sauce.
Spicy garlic sesame sauce
So, what is spicy garlic sesame sauce? It contains garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, soy sauce, black vinegar, crushed red chili peppers, and crushed Sichuan peppercorn. If you don’t like hot spices, you can leave out the crushed red chilies and crushed Sichuan pepper to make a non-spicy sauce.

- Pour the hot oil into the bowl and stir well.
- Prepare a pan to fry the egg in and set aside.
- Prepare a pot to bring the water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
- Drain the noodles and put it in a bowl. Mix them well with a chopstick.
- Add the sliced cucumber, cilantro, green onion and fried egg on the side.
- Sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top and serve.

- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Black Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil (Note 1)
- 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
