How To Make Gai Lan With 2 Methods?
Chinese Broccoli In Garlic Sauce.
- Wash them first, then trim ends. Separate stems and leafy parts. The stem parts should be about 2 to 2½ inches long. Slice the stems diagonally.
- Make sure the stems are the same length so they cook well eventually.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat, then add the garlic to the hot oil until fragrant, 1 minute.
- Add the stalks and cook for about 2 minutes, then add 1/4 bowl water and cook the leafy parts for another 2 minutes.
