We only need 9 ingredients to make 5 different lunchboxes. So you don’t have to buy many ingredients and can’t use them all. This is my easy way to make the lunchbox easier, save work and save the budget for delicious food.
They can be kept in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for 2 months. If you keep them frozen, you don’t need to defrost them. You just need to microwave them for 5 ~ 7 minutes.

All ingredients you need:
- Chicken breast 300g
- ground pork 130g
- mushroom
- 1 carrot
- long beans
- one broccoli
- Soybean sprouts
- 1 Tofu
- 4 scallions
MONDAY – CHICKEN BREAST WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Thai Sweet and Sour Spicy Sauce:
1 teaspoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
1 glove chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon honey or sugar
1/2 or 1/4 chili
TUESDAY – CHICKEN BREAST WITH SCALLION OIL
Chinese Scallion Oil Sauce:
3 stalks scallions
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
WENSDAY – MAPO TOFU
Mapo Tofu Sauce:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper chili sauce or Doubanjiang
THURSDAY – PAD KRAPOW MOO
Pad Krapow Moo Sauce (Thai Ground Pork Stir Fry with Long Beans):
1.5 teaspoon fish sauce
5~8 sliced fresh red chili
1 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon sugar
FRIDAY – MISO GROUND PORK WITH TOFU
The Sauce:
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon miso
1/4 bowl water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
